Simple Changes To Fix NUNU

Nunu has possibly the most outdated kit in the game. His win rates are quite low and have been for a long time and his current role is super-niche "counter jungling". Riot's changes to Nunu in the most recent patch, especially the slow buff on his ult, are a step in the right directions, but some changes still need to be made to Nunu's kit to make him a good champ who can keep up in the game generally and not only as a super-niche specialized pick.

THESE CHANGES ARE SIMPLE

1. Nunu ult should go off when it is interrupted, just like it does when he dies. It is absurd and counter-intuitive on it's face that Nunu ult goes off when he actually DIES (with reduced damage depending on how long it was channeled), but is completely interrupted and sent on cooldown by any hard CC in the game. This is stupid and makes the champ awkward and annoying to play. If the ult gets interrupted it should go off based on how much it was channeled, JUST LIKE IT DOES WHEN HE DIES.

2. There should be a large, unambiguous graphical indicator to show the countdown on the ult. When nunu ults there is often a massive cloud of ability spam which for many players also means system lag and it can be difficult to see exactly what is happening in the middle of all that. It should be crystal clear and unmistakable to the summoner playing Nunu that the ult has been cast, what the countdown is on the channel, and also therefore if it has been interrupted.

3. Nunu should be able to bite (Q) enemy champions. It is bizarrely counter-intuitive, once again, that he can only bite monsters but not enemy champions. Q is one of his primary damage abilities. Sure, the heal from biting champions might be OP, so either the heal from the bite could be reduced across the board, or it could be reduced for when he bites champions (ex: heal from Q is 25% as effective when used against enemy champions).

That's all, nothing major. SIMPLE FIXES THAT MAKE THE CHAMPION PLAY SMOOTHLY AND INTUITIVELY. Fix those things and Nunu would be a player in the game instead of a weird freak locked away in the closet. LET THE BEAST OUT!!!
