Adc reworks and ezreal

I'm jw if there's plans to do much with ezreal the way you are with miss fortune and quinn?

I know I'm a fairly new player but while I really enjoy playing ezreal I feel like he has a fair amount of weaknesses and issues that keep him from being considered a strong pick and Ive heard high level players say about the same thing.

I'd love to hear what riot thinks of him, what are his strengths and intended weaknesses vs what are his problems? I personally kind of find it frustrating how bad he is trading against other adcs, esp when minion blocked.

But most especially his w is just sucky and unsatisfying. Whether it should be utility or damage I hope it's changed to feel better for the ezreal player.

...I'll just also throw out there that I don't feel like in game ezreal totally reflects the feeling you get from his splash art where ezreal is sliding into combat etc. he's mobile but just kinda walks around slowly basically. Doesn't have the feeling of mobility you get from ekko for example
