Are we nerfing teleport again?

Because everyone is taking it... Damage is so fucking high that players aren't even taking heal anymore because it makes 0 difference if you have it. Hell, I hardly even see exhaust or barrier anymore, You might as well even just fucking remove them from the list of spells.

Lower damage, encourage gameplay that isn't instant nuke, and make us actually coordinate a win rather than just playing a game of rocket launchers and hand grenades.
