he has so much CC for an adc. You can say his tradeoff is immobility, but where is kog'maws CC then? Not to mention Jhin's passive can give him bonus movement speed which helps his immobility woes.
his packrate in pro matches should be enough of a tipoff that he is overtuned

if jhin gets a kill, many times landing 1 cc spell = a kill, because jhin and his support can chain cc so effectively. The only other hard cc on an ADC i can think of is on long CD ults,

Flaherty1 votesIf Jhin ults you're supposed to jump on his shit immediately since he can't move while in it and the way the camera changes makes it harder to see what's happening to Jhin himself. And just have someone tanky block the squishies and it's manageable

archerno11 votesHe doesnt have that reliable CC. Its very narrow skillshot and it requires target to be damaged before getting hit by his W in order to root. Otherwise its just a slow. As for Kogmaw, he also have slow but Kogmaw is hypercarry. His %hp damage, attack speed, on hit damage are trade off for not having any CC. Jhin has reload system on his autos, so he needs a bit more CC. As for other ADCs with CC: Jinx chompers, Quinn blind and Vault, Cait has traps, Tristana has knockback. Kalista has slow and knockup on her ulti.
Jhin is fine as he is, no need for nerfs or buffs.
