Lissandra's new passive; W/R Nerfs.
Iceborn Subjugation (Passive) When an enemy champion dies near Lissandra they become a Frozen Thrall. Frozen Thralls seek out living enemies, slowing their movement speed when nearby by 25%. After 4 seconds, Frozen Thralls shatter from the intense cold, Dealing [120 - 520] (+30% AP) magic damage.
Thoughts
Sounds interesting, can't wait how it's to turn out in team-fights.
Also why not keep her old passive, and increase it's cooldown at lower levels ( looks at
passive ), and keep it the same at later ones? In the end, those mana changes aren't going to help much her laning phase. That one free ability was really usefull at level 1-6. I might be wrong tho, but still, it worth noticing.
**Ice Shard (Q) ** Mana cost changed from 75 at all ranks to 60/63/66/69/72
Meh, her old passive was removed, so i guess it make sense.
Ring of Frost (W)
Damage lowered from 70/110/150/190/230 to 60/90/120/150/180
AP lowered from 40% to 30%
Mana cost lowered from 50 to 40
Thoughts I'm sorry what? Why are you nerfing the damage to this ability? Sure, base damage seems fine by me, but AP ratios? Why? She's a battlemage, not a walking ward, that sometimes Soft CC-s enemies, maybe Stun on enemy. If she wants to get in range , she has to commit.
Frozen Tomb (R)
Damage AP ratio lowered from 70% to 60%
Thoughts Just stop right there, don't change any numbers to this. Sure, you gave her a new passive, but how is it really going to play out if no1 will die , or die soon enough for the passive to be usefull?
Conclusion The passive sounds good on paper, but how will it turn out when the "Thralls" move so slow? Sure, they slow, but i bet the enemy can just Dash / Flash away, since every1 nowdays has a Dash up. Also, the passive only activates on death from an enemy, so again, why nerf her numbers, if the enemy won't die ? But this is just me, i wonder what others think of what i said here.
