Why you think Support has to be the least popular role for it to be right?
Doesn't it being consistently the least popular role for a long time NOT an instance of Riot fuck-up? Or Support being dead last is "just the orders of the universe, bruh?"
Yeah prob this is why human civilisation is doomed to collapse. Because co-existence, collaboration, and corporation are for pussies!
.........
and in most cases has to play a champion that doesnt even count as a full champion without its ADC
Only Yuumi and arguably Soraka. The rest are all able to solo lane; maybe I missed 1 or 2, but you get the point. It's not optimal (unless you're someone like fucking Pyke), but it's certainly doable.
That's not "in most cases [...] doesnt even count as a full champion".
Secondly, that's only if we measure a "full champion" has to be able to solo lane, which seems to be a popular metric for some reason. Guess what, that is false. This is a team game, champs don't have to be able to solo lane to be considered a "full champion"; hence the purpose of "roles" in the first place. Unless you believe medics or combat supports can't be considered soldiers for whatever bizarre reason, which is hilariously wrong.
Not to mention if you really have to go by this rationale, just remember that it is the Support that decides the fate of the bot lane so long the lane partner doesn't just straight up int the lane. But I guess we all just have to shit on supporting because reasons.
Is this thread's real and hidden agenda about "support is just there to be carried"? Hmmmmmmmmmmmm
