Lets talk: Gameplay
A few things that will be true in all of your games. Thats right, every last one.

If you dont have tp up, dont splitpush late mid/lategame. (unless you're shen cause fk shen.)

Dont overextend without vision, just freeze your wave. If you want to get vision, hard shove your wave then place wards in river, and THEN play aggressive in lane. ( a single caveat is if you know where every single player on the enemy team is you do not need wards at all for probably 15 seconds) If you push your wave and they freeze and you dont have vision, do not over extend. Lose cs. You will 80% of the time end up dieing. maybe higher.

If your behind, stop dieing. Its that simple.

If youre 20 kills ahead at 25 mins, just fking group and end. Dont mess around with splitting you can literally dive them.

If youre 20 kills ahead at 20 mins, DO NOT FARM YOUR JG PUSH OBJECTIVES JGLERS. if you farm jg i hope you know youre literally the worst kind of player -.-. If anything farm the enemy jg.

Botlane isnt an island. If you have a roaming laner it is your job (midlaner/support) to make sure bot river is warded. It is alot more likely for a botlane to react to a mid roam if the midlane towards bot is warded like an xmas tree. Even if bot doesnt see them roaming one of the 5 players is likely to see it?!?!?!?!

Lock tanks. Atleast 2. If theres an assasin jg, do not lock lulu support. Lock braum. Lock thresh. Lock anything that has more than 2k hp please.

When behind, hug towers, get major objectives warded like baron and drag, and ward your jg defensively. The defensive wards just might catch someone out and save the game.
And finally... communicate. Positive Communication wins games
