revert the recharge rate to super fast mode, and make it only activate when out of combat. 95% of the unskilled annoying part of yasuo deleted in one fell swoop.
this bullshit with him getting 2/3 shields per fight on top of his boosted lifesteal from crit chance makes him way too goddamn tanky in fights.
Just delete his shield. Double crit chance is OP by itself.
Watch out dude, Yasuo mains treat him like a husbando. If you look at Yasuo wrong they'll flame you.
You take a look at yasuo's passive and then malphites passive and you'll understand the sheer powercreep the game is and still is experiencing.
