Is it possible to be accurate with MOUSE ACCELERATION?

I bought a razer mouse and in synapse I have set my dpi to 2200 and put the mouse acceleration on 1 (I don't see any difference from 1 - 10)

I find it a lot more helpful to move the camera quickly but when it comes to being accurate, my mouse goes flying whenever I want to quickly move it from one place to another.

Is it even possible for me to get used to being accurate with it?

I'd prefer to keep it on instead of off because when I have it off, it just seems too slow to get to where you need your mouse to be.

I've never tried it personally, or had a mouse that supports it honestly... I have a 5 wired mouse from Staples, I upped the sensitivty and I have no issues with accuracy or moving the camera.

but, I feel like it would be tough to use. I prefer my cursor to be in the same position as my mouse. When they move out of synchronycity it bothers me.

Just like anything else, you need to do it a while to get muscle memory for it and not change the setting too much. Every time you change the speed of the acceleration, your brain has to start over memorizing it.

False. Mouse acceleration works against muscle memory and can cause detrimental conditions in the wrist and arm because of it.

There are no reasons to use "mouse acceleration" ... if you want to move camera quickly, adjust the sensitivity sliders.

always turn off mouse acceleration when playing video games

Just turn up the sensitivity instead(in game options). I always have it set at around 80 or so, it helps a lot on my small desk where I can't move my physical mouse very far.
