"Unlock with 2 Shards and 1 Diana Perm"
I don't have blue essence so I was thinking of unlocking it with the second option. What does it do exactly?

what about the perm part? what does that do
B00B001 votesthat just refers to the ''permanent'' skin shard you have so if you want Dian permanent you will use that champion shard + two hex shards
