Rod is not strong and mages are not broken riot already said why they add ap ratios to ap champs.
Ikr? Mages are damn busted now because of there items. They have too much access to cooldowns reduction which makes them like pseudo urf champs & it sure doesnt help they got a number of heath items to. :|
