Can we add an option to disable flashing mastery?

Literally we have riot lyte and the autist squad telling everyone to not get mad, but then we have people spamming their mastery after every single play? Might as well just delete the mute button as well and add a "fuck you" button, which for the most part basically is the mastery flash button.

What were you retards even thinking?
