friendly reminder all-chat and emotes are toggleable

just a psa for those of you that feel like your account is super close to getting banned after I got 14-dayed I originally dragged chat off the screen and disabled emotes after a while I moved chat back on the screen, turned off all-chat, and only played with 5 man premades

remember that all-chat is toggleable and if you can't stand the league of legends community you can always just not partake in it :)
