how certain can i be that racism will be punished in LoL reports

i'm making sure because i just reported someone but the bots might have skirted it bc the language wasn't a "trigger word"

was just in an aram game where a yasuo and a kayn spammed "negro" and "white shit" because i died once, to which i sat back under turret and muted the both of them about 20 minutes in because the spamming got so harsh

since both of those phrases aren't "trigger words" so to speak how certain can i be that they will be punished after being reported or do i have to write a ticket to riot support requesting a human player to look at it, because i will
