For those curious, he's saying that Jarvan's ult does not follow its target through a flash.

I'd wager that would probably get a lot of Jarvans killed.

None of these follow through flash.

because j4 creates terrain, i'd wager

also that i don't think anyone would enjoy someone flashing and pulling J4's full AD AOE nuke with them
