Changing Champion Voices (Language Japanese)

Huff Huff... I heard Japanese voices are coming to LoL Champions. Is there any way to change the voices other than switching to like Korean Severs to get Korean languages, and voices etc? If anyone can answer to how in the future we can change Champion voices to Japanese (sense when it happens I would love to change my champion voices to Japanese) Is it possible? :)
