Any change towards "weaker" is a plus, but time will tell. I'm a bit concerned that the non crit adcs will become the new top of the pack and we'll be in a lifesteal meta again.

My thoughts are this is a confusing stance. If they can't answer which they feel should be buffed and which nerfed with these changes, they really haven't thought the changes through AT ALL.
