Riven is broken

I don't think someone who has to be in your face to get most of her damage would qualify as safe personally.

The thing about Riven is, if she gets to snowball she is that broken biatch who kills everything by facerolling the keyboard and never dies. However if on the other hand, she doesn't get to snowball then she would be that piece of shat that gets blown up instantly without even having the chance to land anything and the execute would be like a gentle breeze when she blows it into your face.
