Strives when building both offense and defense, not too oppressive when ahead, good ult that can change a fight.

not too oppressive when ahead... i must say he is the very definition of oppressive when ahead. however i do agree with the rest. he has a shield and multiple slows along with a bunch of damage, he is hard to play, but rewards you greatly if you do know how to play him. in my opinion a really well-designed champion
He's "meh" for me, does not really high dmg, isn't tanky enough, and has low utility. Or maybe iI just haven't seen one good since he isn't very popular.
