premades are ruining ranked

Being on a team with people you know and probably in a skype call gives you a HUGE advantage over the enemy team. You can communicate better, plan ganks, plan ANYTHING, and you will be more sucessful than the enemy team most of the time as they don't have that level of communication. This is going to kill the game (not like its already lowkey dying) and im surprised its been so long without them removing it.
