I get that Gragas is OP (for whatever reason - maybe I can't build him correctly) but why are they nerfing the cooldown of Gragas but buffing that of Vi?
MisterHealYoGirl1 votesIt's not necessarily the ability itself (although the charge time and interruptibility of Vi's Q does hurt) but rather the champion as a whole. Gragas has been dominant recently (especially in pro play), and Vi has been lackluster so both are getting changes to push them to a healthier level.

MisterHealYoGirl1 votesNo, there was a period where he got dumpstered by repeated nerfs to his everything in 5.10, 5.12, and 5.17. Then his W auto became AoE in 6.3 and he came roaring back. He also generally builds Runic Echoes now.
dominusx1 votesCause vi is a trash kamikaze type of champ( i play her but she isnt something great) Gragas is a really strong tank with displacement that can be used for engage disengage and objective control and can do half a carry's health with one combo. see the difference? Vi gonna ulti if she is ahead she gonna kill someone and soak dmg if she is behind she wont kill anyone and will die in the procces
