It works on hit for Ryali's crystal Sep. It's a range/magic attack? So his range isn't physical it's....magic? I figured Frozen Mallet would of did what it does....but I build the Crystal Sep+Torment Mask+Nasher Tooth=..the saddest enemy team of the planet.
Zielmann2 votesIt's a ranged auto-attack that applies both on-hit effects AND spell effects. The basic part of the attack is physical and based on your AD, like any other autoattack. Unlike other autoattacks, you can apply Rylai's, deathfire touch, and Liandry's with it, which it would also proc on-hits like Nashor's tooth, and Hurricane (since it's ranged).
