Jax is just not fun to play against... i'm 11-4 as a swain, only one on my team doing well reasonbly well and jax can 1v5 us...

Well in a flat 1v1, yi and vayne both beat Jax. I could see a godlike fiora player beating him too.

I'm not even kidding, I'll play Swain into Jax any day of the week. Your kit is excellent against Jax. If you just counter engage him it gets pretty easy. The key is to save your snare for when he tries to jump on you or a teammate.

Also, any hard scaling champ will be a pain to deal with if they get fed enough. That is not exclusive to Jax.
