Having to stay in the game losing 85 v 43 with 4 flamers which swear the whole 30 mins of gameplay or 5 games with 20 minutes ban because of leaving the game?

Option A you can just mute people and the flame will be 100% Gone.

Option B it is what it is, I think of it like this, when people leave they lose MMR and the lower the MMR in the elo that you are in gets "lowered" while your MMR stays the same. The lower the MMR in your elo while yours stay the same you will have a higher MMR soon enough to bounce 2 Divisions in time.

When you're on a bad team think of it as ... You're a player on a Team in the NBA or NFL where it's rebuilding year and you're the star player having to go through the rebuilding stage. May take a few years(10 or so games) but you will soon enough have an All-Star type of team.

Just mute EVERYONE at the start of each of your games and I promise you will win more because you're not listening to their unimportant chats and you won't get distracted by them. Just mute and play your style, communicate with Pings as it takes shorter time to get your point across than typing 50 words into chat etc etc.
