Elder Dragon too Stronk

The execute Elder drake is just too much in my opinion. I like the idea, but I'm not sure how you balance it. It seems like there's no counter play to whichever team gets it.

The focus of the game essentially shifts to "get the elder buff" when it comes up.

I don't know, we'll see how this preseason ages.
