Revert the death timers to the way they were before you changed them.

IDK, I'm kinda attached to them scaling with lvl rather than purely game time. Taking out their Janna shouldn't be nearly as impactful or punishing to their team as taking out their fed Fiora.
Plus it gives me more time to let it sink in when I'm ahead and I do something stupid.
