I miss the old

Okay, this is amusing. The game 'Evil Zone' had this implimented too. The way that game broke it down, if you beat the story mode (in this case, own the champion with at least 1 other skin), they gave an option to have the character do the announcing part.
Though it could be creepy if you had a Teemo announcer...
"Captain Teemo sees your Quadra... STOP ATTACKING TRISTANA!" or "Heh heh heh, You have slain a Rumble. GOOD JOB!" or even... "I am pleased... Pentakill."
Okay, maybe not that, just the same lines as the announcer, though you could get more lore jab liners in announcements. >.>'

Dota 2 has announcer packs that you can buy for money (Bastion announcer FTW), so League should too. They could make a killing off of the packs, assuming they aren't terrible.
Jax's voice actor would make a good announcer.
Morgan Freeman needs to do this, it might cost some money (paying Morgan Freeman), but hey I would pay Rito some money for this.
I have GP announcer installed. Just download Woxy and go to mapakins.com and look for Bildgewater announcer aka GP and install it. By the way you will need to install it after every patch. :)
If they could get Morgan Freeman to do it I would be sold.

I don't see why they don't add these on champ releases. I can understand not hiring a voice actor just for an announcer pack but for example when they were making jhinn they already had the voice actor, the studio time, the writers/designers, and the team that edits it and codes it into the game.
Doesn't take too much more to add an announcer pack onto that already large workload, then sell it.
Only make it for summoners rift so 20-30 lines. Sell it for 873.5 RP or 100,000 IP. Or better yet box them with chroma packs, sell them for 1000rp or 150,000ip
Then as an added bonus people who have infinite IP might actually be able to use it eventually.
Then when they find out it is profitable make a phreak and coby announcer pack and sell it for 2423.72 rp.
And map skins. But hmmmm something Smite & Dota both offer....yet riot claims they cant do. Interesting.

Hell yeah. DotA has this. They have so many things. Like, Rick and Morty, Rucks, Heroes from the game (Like, imagine an 
announcer or something), GLADoS, etc. I mean, it might be harder for riot since LoL is their only game and they don't have as many IPs as Valve but still
