Ryze feels extremely bad now since last patch.

I was playing as Gangplank with over 400 cs and at about 30 minutes into the game, their Ryze was going about 3/8 if I recall. I still couldn't 1v1 him and the amount of snares and damage he puts out is too high considering how badly he was doing with only 100 cs.

I've thought this since his last rework, the last change only makes him feel marginally worse to me.

Give a insta-hair spray to ryze

Now he's ok :')
