What's the biggest pain in ranked?

It's not afkers, its not trash talkers, it's not ragers. Heck it's not even a non-communicating team. It's arrogant players. And I don't mean on the enemy team, I mean on your own team. It makes me cringe everytime I read my top laner or mid spout "Lmao, i feel bad that I'm better then you" or see my bot lane or jg talk about how the enemy team should uninstall. If it stopped there, it'd be ok, but it doesn't. That trash talk translates into them thinking they can kill the enemy whenever you want. So the result, an example from a game I just played, is a dying over and over to because "I can 1v1 like I did earlier, don't tell me what to do" and results in us losing because our entire engage is messed up. I don't usually rant but this has gotten to me because I've been demoted/promoted 5 times in Silver 3/4 the past two days. The one thing similar in the vast majority of those games is that there is always an arrogant player who thinks they can kill whoever just because they had a good laning and ends up feeding.
