What's the biggest pain in ranked?

It's not afkers, its not trash talkers, it's not ragers. Heck it's not even a non-communicating team. It's arrogant players. And I don't mean on the enemy team, I mean on your own team. It makes me cringe everytime I read my top laner or mid spout "Lmao, i feel bad that I'm better then you" or see my bot lane or jg talk about how the enemy team should uninstall. If it stopped there, it'd be ok, but it doesn't. That trash talk translates into them thinking they can kill the enemy whenever you want. So the result, an example from a game I just played, is a Khazix dying over and over to Riven because "I can 1v1 like I did earlier, don't tell me what to do" and results in us losing because our entire engage is messed up. I don't usually rant but this has gotten to me because I've been demoted/promoted 5 times in Silver 3/4 the past two days. The one thing similar in the vast majority of those games is that there is always an arrogant player who thinks they can kill whoever just because they had a good laning and ends up feeding.

for me its the first and second picks who auto lock in gangplank top and katarina mid going on and on about being good carries. buy no wards and never come when you ask for assistance. who then proceed to go 1/10 each with the lowest cs possible like 68 and were 20mins in.

ty. just ty for picking your best champions and giving it your all. now please, if you would be so kind as to NEVER DO IT AGAIN

I kind of agree with what you are saying but I think the main problem I have is the ignorance of players in ranked. When the team does something good and gets an ace my team rarely wants to take towers/inhibitors/dragon/baron off of that. They would rather just base. Which really gets under my skin after pinging mid tower 5+ times. Or they decide to back off and take the third dragon instead of getting an inhibitor. They will insist on taking a baron when we have no vision of enemy team or wards in that area. Even after pinging them off many times they walk into the trap or start baron only to be ambushed.

P.S. I am sorry for the poor sentence structure. My comma key is not working

IMO the biggest pain is the players that either just fed way too much during the laning phase, keep getting caught mid game, or just have horrible positioning and die almost instantly endgame. In any case, it can easily feel like they lost my team the game with very little I could have done to stop it.

My problem in ranked is I somehow go even in Bot lane or possibly even lose, BUT my top AND mid somehow lost HARDER then me, so guess who is going to be getting 2v5 tower dove at 15 minutes :(.

biggest pain is surrender vote... I've been on a team full of lategame champs (nasus top, yasuo mid {me}, and vayne adc, cant remember jungle and support tho) anyways I'm basically getting fed, and nasus and vayne aren't feeding but are losing lane and down a tower. Im just like "guys come on we got this we have such a strong late game comp it's not even funny" and so 20 minutes rolls around and surrender vote pops up... i get outvoted 4/1. IT WAS RANKED. Moral of the story, remove the surrender vote from ranked. It's the most abused thing in the game (even more than urf nidaspear) It really just kills me... never surrender in ranked. That is the basic rule. And for some reason nobody gets that... that is the most frustrating thing ever.
