LeBlanc definitely wins against Gangplank. Ain't enough oranges in the world to make that matchup k. Fizz vs. Riven is a little harder to call; Riven is pretty weak right now and FIzz is pretty strong. I'd say that Riven SHOULD win that, since she's as mobile as Fizz and has more CC, but they both definitely have kill potential on each other and it snowballs super hard. The impact that the junglers have on the lane early on is going to have a big impact; if a Pantheon ganks once or twice for one of them, the other is going to get ruined.

1-pretty fifty fifty in my opinion for they both have ways to out play eachother and dodge eachothers attacks, i think it would completely depend on if Riven allows fizz to ult her or not.

2-Leblanc, to many ways to jump around him, plus since shes ranged she can interupt a barrel combo
