Twitch needs a hard nerf

Looking at Twitch mains lately and I see way too much damage coming from them, doing 2k damage in 1.04 seconds clearly broken? Especially for an Adc. Twitch is turning into a 1 shotting burst god. His kit is by far way too op, being able to become invisible sneak attacks (one of the strongest tactics in the game) his ult increases his range attack tremendously, so if he has peel or a strong front line, Twitch will basically act as a giant cannonball hitting a small tavern.. clearly causing havoc or instant delete.

I was playing Vayne, who isn't really meant to be able to sustain damage, however an adc shouldn't be able to do 2k damage to another adc in 1 second that's ridiculous.

Whether it's his kit that needs nerfing or his damage to be reduced I could careless what happens as long as he gets madly nerfed.
