Masteries bugged will not save after "save"

I go into my collection create a mastery page for myself then I click save. After saving it I look to see if it's there and everything is there, looks good. I back out of collection and go someplace else such as the shop or home. After going home/shop I go to my mastery page seeing I have a mastery page called Mastery Page 6 instead of being called "Poppy" and I see I have no mastery points in that page where I created my Poppy masteries.

I will be testing out Initiate full repair in the settings menu to see if that helps. Just wanted to make Riot aware of the situation.
