League of legends community playing ranked

To break it down in short the community is a complete nightmare especially when it comes to ranked solo/duo queue games.

Get into my first placement match for ranked and I get a Soraka adc/apc in bot lane with a sona. They both feed 0/3/0 KDA and it puts a toll on the rest of our team. Jihn is now absurdly fed where I cannot even kill him as an assassin (1v1). This also gets everyone else on our team tilted that int. feeders ruin my ranked placements. (Also if I dodged it would of counted as a loss.. so can we do something about trolls or free dodge per day type of deal?).

2nd placement, good game, decent team, actually have tanks!(miracle!). Win that game im fine with that was a pretty even matchup too.

3rd placement, no tanks, teemo troll top says hes going tank.. stated from the start can we get a tank. All refuse to listen and costs me my 3rd placement game feeders that game too.

4th game, more feeders as usual.. don't understand ranked. Elo hell still confirmed on LoL. Vi jungler doesn't know what he/she is doing and costs us the game again..

When is there going to be ranked for grades how you did per game rather then win/loss ranked? I feel like ranked is only good if you get placed where you actually belong before (eliminating placements all together). Oh and 130+ champions in league isn't helping at all.. It's nice to have new champs, but some old unpopular champs could also be removed.

5th placements nasus gets fed Q stacks to a darius who should of been stopping that..
