Longer CD: Fiora Riven MonkeyKing

These guys are basically defined by their ults, like you can stomp them in lane pre-6, kill them multiple times, but as soon as they get that ult BOOM you're dead and it's back up available by the time you're back in lane! It's stupid, for ults THIS powerful the CDs should be much longer.

Shorter CD: Nocturne Galio Gangplank

Nocturne is like almost reliant on his ult for ganking, or at least that's really the only thing he brings to the table that the other AD junglers don't do better, yet you have to basically come into lane and into view in order to use it until lvl 11, long past the laning phase, so he should at least be able to use it as a gap closer more often. Galio and Gangplank just need some love, outside of URF, and Galio's ult CD is quite long and Gangplank's is kind of lackluster anyway :P

She's in no way shape or form bad. She's one of the highest win rate top laners too.

Her win rate is 4th highest top laner even in plat/diamond, there is no such thing as a pub/noob stomper. Many champions with good win rates in bronze have even higher win rates at higher ranks.

Kats ult can get a minor refresh on kills, fiora's is total absence of counterplay. Lux's ult feels fine I think her mana issues are tremendous. Longer cds: Ahri, Lissandra, Rumble Shorter cds: Pantheon, Ashe, Nautilus

I think Ashe's ult is fine. It's got serious power behind it, so the CD being as low as it is is pretty much a damn miracle

Quinn would be cool if they got rid of tag team and made it a toggle instead. so they would lose the execute. it would need balancing, but i think it would be awesome.

If they did that then I demand new Valor abilities, otherwise one form would always be better than the other. That said I like her kit as is because her ult allows her to play as a split pusher, an assassin and a duelist depending on what is needed
