So many Blitz

Last few Team Builder games I've played all I've seen is Blitzcrank support, and as a support main, this is getting obnoxious. I get that he has the current highest winrate among supports, but he hasn't really had any buffs to him recently. Is it just because Bard came out and everyone is playing Blitz with the assumption it will be an easy win, or what?

Frankly I'd love to see him nerfed, so a few more supports can appear, but from the jungle we all know Riot's opinions on diversity.
