This needs to Stop

I need some reassurance on this. Last game we had a Talon who was completely toxic. About halfway through the game he started calling our support gay because he had not been warding. We had been killed almost every time we left our base, so we didn't exactly have the chance. We called him on it, and his rant continued. When we stood up for our teammate, he called us gay. He said that we should kill ourselves. He said all gays should kill themselves. He said anyone who doesn't think gays should kill themselves, should kill themselves. He was so extensively toxic, and refused to surrender, so we were left playing an exhaustingly long game with him. I reported him, and i know at least two other people reported him. Still, knowing the tribunal is down I worry that he is just going to get away with a warning of some sort. I would see this guy banned or suspended (This might seem a bit extreme - this guy was that incredibly detrimental to my experience). Does anyone know if the system they have set up will deal with him?

This isn't even the end. Another game. Another Toxic player. This time a top lane zed. Didn't get items, literally walked up to the enemy champion and started aaing minions. Fed the enemy top laner, fed the enemy jungler. Then he began to spam pings.

Worse, when we asked the enemy team to report them, they praised him. They said he was a god. They refused to report him, saying he wasn't feeding even though he was 0/20/0. They condoned his behavior.

I'm starting to get sick with the toxicity of the community, and it sickens me even more that people would condone this behavior just to have an edge.
