Ashe's hawkshot is probably the most boring ability in the entire game

Similar abilities from champions that share her playstyle such as Quinn's heightened senses, Twisted Fate's stacked deck and Miss Fortune's Strut feature a passive component of the spell that makes it both fun to use and worthwile putting points into.

Now i know Ashe's gold per kill passive was unhealthy - it was completely useless up until one point in Season 4 where the meta changed to a point she was earning more gold than any other adc could keep up with.

isnt there any other way to give this spell added functionality? Something to spice up her gameplay to the point you can actually choose any other spell to level up than W? Most other marksmen get multiple spell choices - but Ashe is essentially forced to max W, and only W. She is already weak enough compared to her peers, but playing her in lane makes it feel like you're WEAKENING yourself by leveling up the spell - it is extremely valuable as a vision tool but by putting a point into E instead of either W or Q you lose out on trading power and likely give up the lane to your opposing ADC, that now has three combat oriented abilities where you have one.

I believe this is unhealthy gameplay - sure, Ashe is a utility marksman - but you shouldnt feel like you're punished for putting a point in a spell, ever.
