Klepto Vayne legit?

Watching Gbay99's video on Klepto, he mentioned Klepto being not just strong on champs who proc it easily but on champs who scale very well with the accelerated build from klepto.

Isn't Vayne both of these? Easy procs with Q, and we all know how well she scales with items. So, legit? I can imagine her going top with a spellthief's and Q farming enemy tanks all day for items and bandit procs (even if she can't kill them early). GP and his 10 min triforce? Try Vayne and her 15 min IE/Shiv.

It works, but if you watched his video pay close attention to the kinds of champions who don't want to use Klepto. Vayne is in the same boat as Yorick right now, at least in my opinion. Sure she could sacrifice the early game for a ramp up, but she actually has a strong early game right now and can just spend it shutting down her opponent.

The impression I got from the Yorick part was that you don't want to do that on champs who didn't scale even if they had easy procs. Vayne is a hypercarry, so that isn't an issue.
