its 2 seconds but you take dft anyway because nothing else really works on him. its literal trash. dft is garbage on anything. as a veigar ult. that supposed to do full damage with 1k ap. i barely kill a squishy with dft if they have like. a sliver of health left. with being damage over time. anything with shields and heals counters it. if the ability isn't single target. its useless. it does near no damage unless you stack like 800 ap+ which only 2 or 3 champs every get to late game. which most games don't get there.
