Attempting to Reconnect..

I play on around 35 ping normally. Yesterday, I was playing on my normal ping, then I got attempting to reconnect for about 5 seconds. After those 5 seconds, I had about 10 seconds of playing time before Attempting to Reconnect came back up. This kept happening for the entire game and its still happening now. Any suggestions on what to do?
