Can someone tell me if this is a decent general strategy for bot lane

So if we force the support out of lane, should we just try to zone the ADC from the wave and only last hit the minions? And if we force the ADC out of lane, should we shove the wave into the tower?

This is what I've been trying to do, but not exactly sure as what is the best way to go about it. I just figure that you try to deny the ADC cs in whatever way you can.

If you force the Support out of lane, you want to zone and freeze

If you force the ADC out of lane, you can choose to make them lose minions and make their support lose XP due to freezing (safer) or pushing to the turret (riskier if you don't have wards)

An ADC like Caitlyn can zone VERY well with her traps.

Depends on various factors. If you're 100% sure their jg is not gonna gank you then push him in hard. But you also have to be sure there are no wards top can TP to. Also weigh the risk, what happens when the support comes back? Can they outpush you and do a fast counterpush, how far away is their jg, check their items to see what the supp brought to the table. There are too many variables to have a definitive answer to your question. What you can do when they push back hard is ping your jg to get ready to gank, because they are pushing hard and 90% of the time will tunnel vision that push to make up for cs.

I guess what I was asking is "is this a horrible noob strategy".

Yesterday I asked if it was a bad idea to always start a slow push against me. I do it so I get many farms. They said yes, bad idea lol.

If you're gonna do it allways then yes. Then it's a bad idea.

Ideally if youre ahead you want to freeze the wave as close to your turret and you can stand on the outside end of it to zone.

You literally just have to walk up, and since some people are retarded they will try to fight you, so you just kill them, unless youre bluffing?...

But yeah, freeze the wave as close to your turret so its more safe, and expect ganks because they will be pinging for help.

But then I'll eventually start a slow push to the enemy tower (since I'm not great at last hitting. I can cs pretty well, but not good at waiting until they have 1 health to kill them). Then the enemy can gather up a lot of the farm when he comes back to lane.

Youre going to have to learn how to cs better, and how to control your lane. If it slow pushes and you want it to freeze it, a suggestion would be to reset it.

Resetting basically means to kill all creeps and even it out, its helpful to look up videos on how to freeze properly, how to slow push, and more lane control tips on youtube. Im pretty sure there are videos on youtube or somewhere on the internet that you can find out.

I just pew pew the minions when they get low enough. What happens from there is a mystery.

If you are ahead, then sure, but make sure there blue or red is properly warded because you may get ganked. Also take into consider your support and ADC. High poke and engage supports are really good for Zoning.

As for doing it. Just poke them a few times or in case you have Morg, Leona, Thresh or Blitz. Just walk up to them, chase them a little and then back off.

As for supports like lulu or Janna. auto them when they come to last hit minions

TL;DR . Don't push or overextend too much, in case you notice this, Put Wards in enemy jng . Consider the type of support you have, and use different zoning methods accordingly

Hmm, If you force either one of them out of lane, shove it hard then get your jungler and dive them to force the second out or kill. If you don't trust your jungle then just zone and deny xp as best you can imo.

Best in my opinion (If you get the enemy support out of the picture) is have the adc freeze the lane and the support being a threat to the enemy adc. Champions like Morgana , Taric and Blitzcrank are good for that since the enemy will fear being grabbed, stunned, snared.
