FLEX IS RANK MODE????????? MMMMMMMMMMMHMMMMM + AHRI BUG

OK, here are two quick things.

1. Riot in what world do you think it is ok to allow high ranked solo players into low ranked flex games. The past two games I have faced diamonds. What was worst was the second time my bot was unranked vs. a diamond player. There is no excuse I really feel that flex rank while it can place you at any point, should match you up with people near your rank. No one likes fighting player way better than you...

2. Ahri's passive was bugged last game giving me a .2 percent moment increase, instead of 20%..........
