Because the year is almost over lets think back on what riot wanted with all the changes they installed. Oh I know what the whole lets make champs have counter play, so that Rengars don't smash their face into their keyboard to kill someone. Lets give people time to react. Oh wait, Rengar still can one shot, dusk blade is the bane of counterplay. Bring this to attention for one thing, why do sooooo many ad champs get crazy burst when Leblanc has to wait goddamn 1.5 seconds. WHY, there is no reason to make her suffer the counterplay hammer while full ad shaco can just go boop and bye bye back line. Also the fact that Le Blanc builds hextech gunblade is stupid. I understand it's a burst item and LeBlanc needs burst, but the fact that an Ap assassin builds a hybrid item just to do her job is crazy. You remember when you were like hey LeBlanc your a magician you like tricks so will make it so people are punished for not choosing the right person. Sure in some cases it means life or death for the LeBlanc but still I would not mind if you just put more power into her kit, just mitigate it to her clone and tricking the opponent . Like if they deal 10% of LeBlanc's max health to a clone, they will be marked and take an extra blanc amount of damage. Make it so LeBlancs clones do punish people and maker her a true master of trickery.

On another note ummmmmmmm when did teemo become broken?, like when did his win rate hit 90% because I feel like no one has any right to take ad off him. Riot why you gotta kick this little guy while he is down. I know you got projects which honestly should be to make volibear a played champ. But can we not kill teemo, or were you worried he would one shot champs.
