I would just like to say that you are playing the gambling game. I honestly a bit scary that you are trying to make the Hex tech crafting system even more gambling dependent.
" For example, it's now guaranteed that you'll never go three rolls in a row without getting a skin."
Sure you get a skin, but enchanting that skin to be worth something is going to take a lot more skins especially if its a higher tier. Meaning that you will still need more skins, which means more boxes. This also was not something I think a lot of people complained about because that was just part of the gamble from the get go.
"I don't mean to shock you, but we like selling chests."
I respect the sass, but we all understand that you want to make a profit. That's why we are bringing this point to players, as to not to buy chest to cut into your profit to make a point. A point that, unless you guys are cash strapped , have a good explanation, the old system seemed a lot better than the new one for orange essences, seems because time will tell/ your response. Now I understand that you guys are do have upper managers and such and profits are expected to be made, but with your already expensive champion system, no I do not feel we get champions easier now especially with having to buy champ mastery too, and skins that you guys turn a good profit.
I honestly think you guys will make more money if you switch back to the old system.
"BUT, we could be wrong! If it turns out that these changes aren't as good as we thought, we'll continue to iterate. First we want to see how different players around the world are engaging with the chests and feeling about them before making changes."
I respect that you can admit that you may be wrong as well as we the NA player base may also be wrong, but I will say I have a feeling getting people to back new system that cost them a lot more money will be very difficult.
