I feel like when Fizz misses his ult, he loses out on a lot of damage. I mean sure I'll get the kill on a squishy regardless but I'd like it if my fish hit too.
Here's my proposal: Make Fizz Ult point-and-click. That way my fish will hit and I can feel satisfied knowing that I outplayed my opponent. Thanks Riot.

Its just people don't know how to play against 
. They don't watch his animation cancel
, so the shark hits. They also don't watch Q+R combo. People don't realize that is at his weakest point level 1-3, and weak 4-5, and you can constatly harass or zone him when he goes for cs. By level 6, you are already 20 cs ahead, so go roam as he will be pretty strong. Don't forget that

This is why I win my LANES very often.
The positioning and shark dodging is all it takes.
