High Skill Cap Top Laners
I bought fiora about a week ago, and she is now pretty much useless after the nerfs. Anybody recommend other champions that have a high skill cap?
Thanks!

is one of the most difficult ones (one of my personal favorites too :3 )
is good in the right hands if you want to play a glass cannon like fiora
is good and takes a decent amount of champion knowledge/skill
for the same reasons as shen
can top but requires practice
requires extensive champ knowledge as to his combos and such (also really fun)
well, she's struggling right now but I suppose she's the other glass cannon for top if you wanted to try
What changes were made to make Fiora "useless"?

First off, she got nerfed because, to quote something I read here, "She takes more skill to play against than to play as."
High skill cap (although not all tops) -

Contrary to what people say, Zed and Yas aren't really faceroll. Zed somewhat, but he has a high skill CAP - not a high skill floor. Yasuo, in my experience, has a pretty high skill floor, but has a relatively low skill cap when compared to Zed. Azir is a pretty obvious one. Hard to learn, much harder to master. J4 is mostly about when and where to ult. Nidalee I can't really say much about, but I threw her in here because of what I've heard from high ELO players.
Most anything released after the middle of season 4 has a fairly high skillcap.
Ryze. People say that he's easy, but I found that perfectly pulling off his combo is rather difficult. And if you don't combo perfectly, then you lose most of your damage. Plus he's dirt cheap.

He is easy but the first few game you gotta get use to finger cramps XD
Maximize dmg when you use your spell rotation wisely his e works when enemy are cluttered plus it shreds mr which catches ppl off guard
Managing your passive properly is what sets an okay Ryze from a Ryze main.
I agree, and you have to make sure that you include your ult in your calculations. That bit took me a while.
Riven is the skill cap top laner. She's also complete garbage right now, with even her mains barely winning 50% of their games with her, and newer players to her dragging their team's win% down by as much as 8-9%.
Once you learn her, though, she is incredibly fun and surprisingly versatile.
