Me and my friends all are having issues with the champion jerking around and stuttering when trying to walk around during early stages in the game. It only occurs when near base before minions spawn, but it happens all the time when in the training tool. It isn't a ping issue either- rock solid at 38 ping no matter what. Anybody else having this issue?

Yeah whenever I try to walk back and forth the champion does a weird stutter step, really pisses me off and kinda ruins kiting.
Fixed it by disabling movement predictions on in game settings.
My friend rubberbanded slightly about 30 minutes into a game that i had today, and i have a solid 27 ping, and over 100 FPS, so i assumed it was a bug

I'll bump this up once more as i think it needs to be fixed, the solution given in this thread did work, turning off the movement predictions fixes it. But when i was having this issue i could impossibly blame it on my fresh beast of a pc that is way overspecced for a game like LoL. A nice thing might be to not have this function on by default as there are a lot more people who don't know how to google something and find threats like this and after a while give up and stop playing as things like this function make the game unplayable in cases like the people here have had.
