they're completely different though.
PtA is for team fighting, because when you proc it all your team mates benefit.

TheSandQrator1 votesI'm not gonna say Kled, but. I'm gonna say Kled. He scales so hard with Bonus AD. That it was just very silly.
I abused the absolute hell out of Kled with Fervor of Battle, it was amazing.
But honestly, Bonus AD scalings are often really strong, and melee champs didn't have to do too much to stack it up to the point where they were doing some serious damage with it.
