Looking for a Coach for Plat5

I am currently stuck Plat 5. Haven't been here too long but I notice a considerable difference in the difficulty between Gold and Plat level play and I feel like I'm at the bottom of the barrel at the moment.

I play any role except JG for the most part. Typically ADC/TOP/SUP. I am looking for anybody willing to look at a few of my replays and give me some advice on how to improve, mostly as a Bot lane player. Not worried about Top lane as much.

I don't care if you're bronze or diamond, any help from somebody else's perspective is welcome.
