Worlds Chromas 2018 Still Not Working

Dear Riot,

As a long-time player of your game, I have spent countless hours, dollars, tears, and drops of blood here. Recently, I acquired 400 tokens and was so extremely excited to get my gold chroma that I immediately went to the store and attempted to buy it.

BUT, 3 days later, I and everybody else trying to acquire one of your overly expensive chromas, has been unable to do so. You have not responded to A SINGLE thread or player on the forums about this option. We spent money on this. You did not deliver. You show no signs of attempting to deliver. You show no signs that you are even aware that you have taken money and given us nothing in return.

Typically, the law provides that services are due upon payment (or at least a decided date upon which said services will be rendered). Because you have not given anybody anything in return for their money, you are essentially stealing from your playerbase.

I don't appreciate it when companies steal my money. You need to fix this problem TODAY.
